The Delta Iota Mu Epsilon Sorority was founded by sisterhood on August 23, 2022, to promote both the unity and individual growth of women. To Uplift those around us to see their inner diamond, To Inspire those around us to never dull their brightness, and to Empower those around us to always shine.
We are always looking for new sisters who are ready to create memories while adding value and promoting excellence within our community. Delta Iota Mu Epsilon is a safe space where individuality and togetherness meet to promote healthy friendships and meaningful relationships.

Hi, I'm Kiwi known as Big Sister Perfection. I'm always encouraging our sisters even when I’m going through my own situation. I love to support other organizations and keeping the sorority lively. I always preach about how your mental health is very important. I bring so much to this organization in my own perfection way. I’m the true diamond that is made with a lot of pressure.

Hey, World, my name is Sierra, but my friends and family who know me know me as Ice or Sie. But to my remarkable, outstanding, and one-of-a-kind sisters and the Greek World, you may know me as Big Sister Glamourous. I am one of the lovely founders of Delta Iota Mu Epsilon. I'm a laid-back girl and down to earth. I am from the dirty south of Mississippi, and I am a first-time mother :). I love to have fun, laugh, and hang with people with a genuine vibe. What makes me a D.I.M.E. is my determination to keep moving forward despite obstacles trying to get in my way. What I love about D.I.M.E. is that we truly stand by our motto: to Empower, Inspire, and Uplift, all while having a great time and sharing lots of laughter.

A little about myself I love taking pictures and shopping. If I’m not with my kids, I’m taking blogs or shopping literally 📷. I pop outside here and there but I’m really a homebody. I joined the Greek world because I was looking for a sorority who created a safe space for me and to meet new people, learn new things I didn’t know about. But when it comes down to my sisters I don’t play!

I recently became a Co-Founder, and I was super excited for the promotion. I actively promoting inclusivity and mentorship within the organization. I also work as a Cosmetology on the virtual world. I really love being around my family and brighten anyone light!

In being a part of DIME, my goal is to inspire each person especially my sisters to reach for the stars, do what you love and do it well." Don't let anyone stop you from shining your brightest.
